I never do promos, but I will totally promote your blog on my tumblr if you reblog this or can give me some helpful, relevant input. I’m in a huge time-crunch and I need some help!
I’m writing a paper defending the role of government subsidized school feeding programs in the US. One of the major points of contention centers on the role of the parents. Opponents of the program often stereotype the parents as lazy, apathetic, and jobless. I need a specific quote in which someone stereotypes parents of low-income/food-insecure households as jobless. Preferably, the quote needs to be from a reliable source—i.e., a politician, a newspaper article, etc. (“Reliable” is a problematic word since the viewpoint is statistically not true, but it has to be from a source that I can cite in a scholarly paper. I want to ruin their credibility, not mine.)
Obviously, the view is unfounded—80% of families that are considered “food-insecure” have at least one working parent, and 75% of those parents work full time.*
Please post responses in my ask box or reblog with your comment. Also, please be specific!! Don’t say “any republican debate”—I don’t have time to sift through thousands of video clips of Rick Santorum making bigoted statements (as much as I love watching them).

Thank you to those of you who reblogged this. I’m not extending the promo offer anymore, but for those who have already reblogged this, promos are in order as soon as I finish my paper.
